I am curious as to an overall explanation of how the organization function works on Telnyx. What can/can’t I do with this functionality?
Organizations are a way to allow multiple accounts to access resources that are all tied to a “parent” account. For example, you may want to allow someone (or multiple people) to manage the configuration of numbers on your account. In this case, you could use an organization to enable this sort of delegation.
The additional accounts that you create which are tied to your organization will not have access to things which you do not grant them permission to access or modify.
Not all features work with organizations, but many do, and we always appreciate feedback about further things that we can add to the feature if you have specifics you would like more details on.
