I am curious as to what documentation is required for port submissions (both US and International). Can someone clarify?

The documentation we ask for is usually whether domestic or international are an LOA (Letter of Agency/ Authorization), an invoice/bill from the last 3 months showing the correct end user information and a CSR (Customer Service Record) if this is available to you. Normally this gives us all of the correct information that we need to port your number from the losing carrier.
