I have the WireGuard Cloud VPN connected. Is there a set of IP's that are accessible via the endpoint? My main question being can you route the addresses listed at https://sip.telnyx.com over the connected tunnel, or are there a separate set of endpoints for the Cloud VPN?
Hi! Great question. I know that ensuring ips are accessible is critical to make sure that calls are connecting. Our system is designed to whitelist any ips associated with your sip connections. If you have an account that is more than 30 days old you can also manually whitelist ips if you go to portal>accounts settings>access control list>allowed ips. I guess my question is, what exactly can I access via the VPN tunnel? For example, I have a SIP trunk with the configuration:
username=----
type=friend
sendrpid=pai
secret=----
qualify=yes
insecure=port,invite
host=sip.telnyx.com
fromdomain=sip.telnyx.com
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
Can I register to a different host other than sip.telnyx.com that will traverse the VPN instead? Are any of the Telnyx IP's routable via the VPN?
I guess I'm trying to determine the purpose of the Cloud VPN itself if I cannot route traffic across it.
