Are you a new user to the platform? If yes and if you signed up to Telnyx with your business email you should have already received a 10$ credit to your account.
If you signed up already and have not received the credit, Please let us know and we will look into it.
I believe you signed up with a regular domain such as Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo etc..
For the regular emails, you would receive 2.5$ and for business emails you would receive 10$ in credit. If you are looking for more credits with regular email, please send us an email with the use-case to community@telnyx.com and we will do our best to help.

We provide a $2.50 one time promo credit to new sign ups that use a freemail domain such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc. $10 one time promo credit for business domains. Are you still offering the $10 Promo for signing up with Business Domains? I just signed up, but I don't see the credits. If so, how long does it take to show up on the account? Do I need to email you if I have not received it?
Hi! Thanks for touching base about the sign up credit. We have ended the automatic sign up credit due to abuse. Our services are very low cost so that you may still test without much expense. Whn I test I typically spend less than $3 at a time. Thanks again for your time and consideration!
