Please suggest a method to track all the messaging activities using webhook This is what I want, Will provide a webhook URL , and telnyx will hit the webhook with data on every failed message I can't find where to set the webhook

You would set this up in the messaging profile section, under webhooks! Attach that messaging profile to the numbers you want to track, and you'll receive full set of webhooks on every event. The webhook you'll be looking out for is "message.failed" which will contain the info on failed messages.
