Assigning DID to a 10DLC Campaign Fails

Hello,

So far we had no issues with assigning a DID to an 10DLC campaign but for 2 days whenever we try to assign a DID to a 10DLC campaign we get the following error message:

"code": "10036", "title": "Resource is being processed", "detail": "This campaign has not yet been registered with T-Mobile. This process may take a few hours, so please try again later.", "meta": { "url": "https://developers.telnyx.com/docs/overview/errors/10036" }

Is there anybody know how to fix this issue?

Hello @mustafa.onan@orioninc.com ,

As the response says campaign has not been registered with T-Mobile yet by that time, can you please try again and see if the issue still persists? If so, Can you please share more details on how you are trying to assign a DID to a DLC campaign?

Unfortunately I'm still having this issue.

1 First I create a new campaign with the following API: https://developers.telnyx.com/docs/api/v2/10dlc/Campaign#submit_campaign_campaignBuilder_post

There are no issues with creating campaign.

2 I am searching for available phone numbers with the following API: https://developers.telnyx.com/docs/api/v2/numbers/Number-Search

There are no issues with searching phone numbers.

3 And then I am creating a number order with the following API: https://developers.telnyx.com/docs/v2/numbers/quickstarts/number-orders

4 Finally I'm trying to assign that phone number via the following API: https://developers.telnyx.com/docs/api/v2/10dlc/Phone-Number-Campaigns#create_new_phone_number_campaign_public_phoneNumberCampaign_post

At the 4th step, I mean when I try to assign phone number to campaign, I'm getting an error message tells that the campaign has not yet been registered with T-Mobile.

Previously there is no such error. After waiting for a while yes I became to be able to assign phone numbers to that campaign but waiting time was like several days. I'm having this issue with almost each new campaign.

Can you let us know if you have any campaigns that you created are currently pending? If so, can you share the campaign id(s) to our email: community@telnyx.com so we can further investigate into the issue.
