Is there a limit on concurrent calls and outbound texts?

I launched a product and did not realize I have limit on the number of concurrent calls I can send out.

How do I increase this? Also, is there a limit on outbound texts? I send a confirmation SMS

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

  2. No limit, but there's a limit on how many texts you can make per number per second.
