Hey! Thanks for asking. We want to make sure your services are working. Few things:
A) Did you purchase a number with the voice feature enabled?
B) How quickly did you try to make a call? There is at least an hour before you can report a problem in case provisioning was slow. Did you try 24 hours after purchase to be sure it wasn't a provisioning issue?
C) Can you share a screenshot and path to where you are getting this error and what you are trying to do when you get the error?
