Grandstream HT-802 "Busy Call Forward" and "Delayed Call Forward" options

The Grandstream HT-802 has "Busy Call Forward" and "Delayed Call Forward" options which I have enabled on the device! 381-busy-noanswer-config01obscured.png

These functions are not working. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
