Hello, anyone can guide me or tell me if there is a straightforward method to get email to fax working with Telnyx--or may be Telnyx within 3cx as well basically the link that was sent to me on the chat is so complicated and it seems it involve AWS --so I don't need extra service --I just want to use Telnyx directly or with 3cx to send an receive faxes via email. this what it was sent to me:

You should be able to set that up on 3CX side. Here's an article from them about this. https://www.3cx.com/pbx/fax-to-email/
We would be sending the fax to 3CX in the normal T.38 method. I've never actually set this up but you might want to reach out to them about it.
The other option is using Zapier.
We've developed a Telnyx Fax Intergration for Zapier. You can find it here: zapier integration
Setting up a fax to email option through Zapier is easy, it would not involve your 3CX though, it would go straight to Zapier from us and from Zapier to an email.
I've done the incoming faxes via Telnyx to 3CX (which then emails as a PDF) and it works great. The only caveat is that it is incoming-only, as far as I know there's no way to send a fax out via 3CX.
